Belt or conveyor speed follows from the shaft speed and the pulley/roller diameter. The tool computes the linear surface speed.

Formula

v = π · d · n   (d = diameter, n = shaft speed)

Example

d = 0.2 m, n = 95 1/min → v = π·0.2·95 ≈ 59.7 m/min ≈ 1.0 m/s.
