// HOW IT WORKS
Engineering quantities come in many units. The tool converts between common units for pressure, torque, flow and temperature using exact factors.
Example
1 bar = 100 kPa = 14.50 psi; 100 Nm ≈ 73.76 lbf·ft; 25 °C = 77 °F = 298.15 K.
Notes
- Temperature is an offset scale, not a pure factor — °C↔°F uses ·9/5 + 32, and K = °C + 273.15.
- Gauge vs absolute pressure differ by ~1.013 bar (atmosphere) — compare the same reference.
