The timesheet is where fieldwork turns into money - and where it usually stalls: the template sits on a network drive as a macro-enabled Excel file, IT disables macros, and at the end of the month someone reconstructs what happened three weeks ago. This tool is a single HTML file. It opens in the browser by double-click, without installation, without Office and without special rights. Travel, work and return times are entered per day; working time, travel time and overtime are calculated for you, and public holidays for the selected German state are known. The result is a cleanly paginated A4 printout with signature fields - the sheet the customer signs.
What is calculated
working time = end of work - start of work - break travel time = (end of return - start of travel) - working time - break overtime = working time - standard time (default 8 h)
Example
Travel start 06:00, work start 07:30, work end 16:30, break 30 min, return end 18:00: 8:30 h working time, 3:00 h travel time, 0:30 h overtime at a standard time of 8 h.
